College DREAM CENTERS
College DREAM Centers are safe spaces for undocumented students. Each DREAM Center in the Central Coast provides confidential counselor meetings online through zoom, phone, and email. Academic, Career, Legal, or Mental Health counseling resources are available.
Ask your local DREAM center about financial support for college and and finding aid through student emergency grants! Each campus has free legal support and services provided for questions about DREAM act process/renewals and other legal advice. Visit your local DREAM center for more information!

K-12 Student Resources
All students in the United States, regardless of immigration status, have a right to public education. California has approximately 750,000 K-12 students with undocumented parents. Many families have mixed status because some family members are U.S. citizens and some aren’t.

The Immigrant Legal Resource Center has compiled a brief guide on what families can do to prepare for an immigration raid, knowledge to have in regards to what rights immigrants have, and what allies can do when they spot an immigration raid.
Driver's License
Visit Drive California to learn about applying for a driver’s license under Bill AB 60, a bill that allows anyone, regardless of immigration status, to apply for a license. Their website has a FAQ in regards to AB 60, resources on how to get an AB 60 license, as well as your rights when you have an AB 60 license. Learn more at: http://driveca.presentista.org/
Scholarships
Scholarships.com provides a list of "scholarships available to undocumented students, or ones that do not request immigration status or citizenship." They provide deadlines, scholarship amounts, and descriptions of the scholarships. It is recommended to keep in mind the status requirements when applying for some of these scholarships.
Nitro's "Scholarship Opportunities for Undocumented Students" has provided a list of scholarships students can apply for, as well as some tips on how to prepare to apply for scholarships. Some of these recommendations include writing a personal statement, having official copies of your transcripts, and getting letters of recommendations.
